| What is Melaleuca's Return Policy? |
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return the product within 60 days of purchase (along with a copy of your receipt) for a full exchange, refund, or credit on your Melaleuca account, less shipping charges. |
| May I return or exchange any product? |
Absolutely! All of Melaleuca's products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To return or exchange any product, simply complete the return form located on the back of your Purchase Receipt. If you are exchanging products, be sure to list the items you want for replacement. If the return is the result of our error, Melaleuca will refund the full cost including shipping charges. Please note: refused or undeliverable packages are not considered Melaleuca error. If the credit for the returned products is greater than the price of the exchanged products, the difference will be applied to your Melaleuca account and you can use it on any future order. If the credit for returned products is less than the price of the exchanged items, we'll simply deduct the difference using your preferred method of payment on file. To reduce shipping costs, your requested exchange products will automatically ship in your next order, unless otherwise requested. |
| Can I return products purchased with Loyalty Shopping Dollars? |
Of course! Credit for the full product amount plus applicable sales tax will be applied to your Loyalty Shopping Dollars account, so you can use it on any future order. |
| Where do I send my product returns? |
A complete list of return addresses is located at the bottom of this document. It is also the same as the return address listed on your order box. Your return can be shipped using whichever carrier is most convenient for you. |
| Can I request a refund to my credit card? |
Sure. Simply check the appropriate box on the back of the Melaleuca Purchase Receipt and return it with the product, within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product has already been returned, you may request the refund in writing by faxing it to 1-888-528-2090, or by mailing your request to 3910 S. Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402. |
| Can I request that my refund go back to a different credit card? |
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Federal Banking Law dictates that the credit must be applied to the card it was originally charged on. |
| If I paid for the product using electronic checking or savings, will my refund be automatically deposited into my account? |
Not at this time. Because different banks adhere to different return policies, a check will be mailed to the current name and address listed on your account. |
| How will I know how much credit I have? |
Your credit balance will typically be the product total, plus applicable sales tax. If we have your email address, we will send you a notice detailing your total credit as soon as we receive the returned products. You can also check your balance by calling 1-800-282-3000 and selecting option #5. |
| Is there a limit to the number of packages I can return? |
No, but if your return more than half of the product points you purchase in a rolling 6 month average, you will only be eligible for product exchange credit. In accordance with Melaleuca Policy 8 |
